How do we send and what is the price?

We believe in cutting the geographical barriers to offer you the best price for the best products. That is why all our shipments are available worldwide. Once we have prepared the shipment (2-7 business days) we entrust the products to international shipping agencies who provide us with a tracking code to know where your product is at each moment. Contact us directly to know the status of your shipment to info@wafity.com.

The shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and depend on the country of destination. However we garantee a maximum cost of 5$.

How long does my order take to arrive?

Sustainability is at the core of our values and in order to reduce our carbon footprint we do not offer express deliveries. Using express deliveries highly increase the carbon footprint as trucks must most often deliver half full in order to respect delivery times. (source: Climate Lab)

We offer a secure method guaranteed by SHOPIFY PAY. Shopify pay offers the possibility to pay with:

Our return policy lasts 30 days and 15 days since product delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

The item you want to change must be in perfect condition, without having been used and must retain its original packaging. There are several types of goods that are exempt from being returned.

Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines can not be returned. Neither are intimate or sanitary goods, dangerous materials and liquids or flammable gases accepted.

To complete the return, the receipt of the purchase is required. Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and you will receive the full amount on your credit card or original payment method.
The number of days can vary depending on the bank to which it belongs, usually ranging between 3 and 10 business days.

Late or lost refund
If it has been 10 business days and you have not yet received your refund, check your bank account again to make sure you have not received the money. If you have not received it, the next step is to contact your bank.
Sometimes banks withhold refunds and it may take some time to post officially. If you have followed all these steps and have not yet received the refund, please contact us at info@wafity.com

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to change it for the same article, send us an email to info@wafity.com and send the article to: Ronda sant pere 52, floor 2, Barcleona, Spain.


If the article was cataloged as a "gift" at the time of being purchased and sent directly to you and wish to return it, you will receive a credit for the value of the return once we receive the item and validate it. Then, a gift certificate for value equivalent to the returned product will be sent to you by postal mail or by email. If the item was not listed as a "gift" when it was purchased, or the item was sent to the buyer for delivery later, we will send the refund to the buyer about its return.


To return your product, you must send it to: Ronda sant pere 52, floor 2, Barcelona, Spain In the case of having cost, you will be responsible for said shipping cost in relation to the return of the item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
If you receive a refund, the shipping cost of the return will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, shipping times may vary. If you are shipping a product worth more than $65, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance for shipping. We can not guarantee that we will receive your return.
